Job Tracker

Each job gets points for:

• Sector (0 to 3): how strongly it matches sustainability, music, journalism & media, policy or human geography. Jobs that match none of these are hidden.
• Level: +2 if it looks entry level (graduate, assistant, trainee, internship…). −2 for each sign it's too senior: it asks for lots of experience, has a senior-sounding title, or pays £40k or more. −2 if it's part-time, so only very strong part-time matches get through.
• Values: points added or taken off for what the advert says, e.g. B Corp, Living Wage, hybrid working, or fossil fuel work. A salary shown in the advert adds +1. Low-paid and unpaid roles aren't marked down for pay.
• Employer: your own rating for companies you've looked into.
